I find it odd that no one seems to actually care how far off the CT is from all the promises. Not just off but way off!!

If handling is truly the priority you need to look at non Tesla options. None of the Tesla’s have great handling and the Plaid models are horrible under braked.

I don’t know what speed you tow at. If you have 150 miles usable range I suspect you are staying below 60 mph. I have towed a 9000 lb load with a F150 at 65 to 70. We got 11 mpg with a 23 gallon fuel tank. I routinely tow a 5500 lb boat with a BMW X5 and get 14 MPG with a 21 gallon tank. That...

I did not ask but they have to match a rebuilt battery in both configuration and mileage. I assume that Tesla used batteries with some differences. Gained a bit of displayed mileage so happy with that.

They changed the battery. He said they had the proper configuration in stock and the swap takes 5 to 6 hours. There are so many battery configurations tgat he said tgey tell everyone two weeks in case they have to order.

This will show up as a accident when they mic the paint during the trade in process. Keep all your pictures and records from Tesla. It’s likely the door was damaged at some point and replaced.

Mine does both things the one poster mentioned. It phantom breaks on two lane roads and hugs the centerline. In addition it often drops its speed limit on Interstate 77 to 55 MpH and rapidly slows despite there being no change in the actual limit.

Kind of basic but the app has to be running open or in the background for the key to work. If you shut your phone down or closed out the app it will not work.

My car will not open away from home without the app running in the background. At home I have the car set to not lock so off course it opens. It won’t however start unless the app is open or running in the background. Tesla confirmed this is required.

My Model Y sees only about a 1% drop per day. You need to turn sentry mode off. Also make sure you don’t have any third party software keeping the car awake.
