@Phil V Volgens mij bedoel je LiFePo ipv MiC. LiFePo batterijen worden alleen bij de Model 3 en Model Y Standard Range modellen gebruikt. Een Long Range of Performance heeft tot nu toe altijd een Li-Ion batterij. … misschien volgende keer naar een andere Salesman vragen 😂

Ja, dat klopt. De MCU2 heeft de Intel chip. De MCU3 heeft de Ryzen chip. Dat is onder "Voertuig", "Software", "Aanvullende voertuiginformatie" :)

Dat zou betekenen dat je de MCU2 ipv MCU3 hebt. Dat kun je heel makkelijk op het display checken. Als het een MCU3 is heb je ook de Li 15V batterij, want de MCU3 werkt niet met de oude 12V batterij.

Is dat voor alle Model Y van toepassing of alleen de performance varianten?

As far as I know, this needs to be done in the MCU shell using a symlink.

Met deze advertentie klopt iets niet. In de titel staat dat dit een P85 met 4WD is, maar op de scherm in de auto is duidelijk te zien dat er “maar” 85 staat. Dus geen performance en ook geen 4WD. Dat word ook nog bevestigt door de foto van de frunk: Het is de grote frunk, dus er is geen motor...

Of het een goede keus is hangt af van je wat je nodig hebt en wilt hebben. De S85 is wel een van de Tesla's die het meest langzaam laden. Dat is in vergelijking met veel auto's van andere merken nog steeds best snel, maar als je aan de supercharger staat en je ziet alle M3's en nieuwere auto's...

Dit gaat over de modem in de auto, niet de sim kaart. Die kun je gewoon uit de oude model halen en in de nieuwe zetten, of als deze geen 4g ondersteund bij Tesla gratis een nieuwe halen. Wat ik bedoelde boven was dat ik dacht dat RuudL een offerte van een garage had voor vervanging modem die...

Ah, ik dacht dat dit via een externe partij was. De modem zelf kostte in het verleden 130,00 incl. Btw bij Tesla, dus het lijkt mij gek dat die plotseling duurder geworden is. Uiteraard kun je de modem ook gewoon bestellen en zelf inbouwen. De part number is 1054968-02-B. Scheelt een hele hoop...

Volgens mij doet Tesla het ondertussen voor veel minder. Ik heb iets van 150 euro gehoord. Misschien ook nog even een offerte bij Tesla in de app aanvragen?

The update is for the 2021 firmwares and relates to adjusting the car charge rate in ampere from the app (in addition to from within the car)

Rebooting just temporarily fixes this. Be assured: The micro SD card is dying. The problem will worsen over time, until your MCU will wake up with a black screen where the map used to be.

I’d assume so, since the whole MCU unit is replaced. I’m not even sure if that SD is still in MCU2. Maybe someone else knows?

It is. The eMMC is a flash storage that's soldered onto the MCU, used for the OS. The micro SD card is plugged into a slot on the top right of the MCU, behind the panel covering it. It's only used for navigation offline maps.

I think someone before mentioned that if you put in the card after it’s been formatted with the script, it will start downloading the maps after a few restarts by itself.
