Car is now dead can't drive got a tow truck and delivered it to tesla center...will let everyone know the outcome

Got my new X in December. No shudder. Apparently new axles according to parts number in customer services manual seems to have fixed issue. Have 3500 miles and no shudder on any height of suspension.

I looked again i can't find the monroney sticker. I just showed at the service center clicked accept delivery with service advisor And that was it. Let me check my tesla account see if it's uploaded online

Umm I'm not sure I wasn't paying attention. I arrived at the supercharger with about 220 mile range. In 20 minutes i was at 402. I went into a wawa got some food and drink 20 min later i was filled.

Body perfect...no panel gaps or issues. No paint issues. Arrived with 233 miles on battery.per service advisor that is the normal range tesla has all new cars. Went to supercharger which did not charge me and full charge 100% showed battery at 401 miles!!!!!

Service advisor stated it has a battery pack different than model x in Nov and previous years

Just received phone call from advisor. New model x arrived and finishing up detail work. Ready to pick up Friday. Pics to follow soon.

Contacted the dealership and they stated they did send the email...it looks like a 4th grader made it. Pretty sad for an almost trillion dollar company lol

Ok great thank you. Got the electrician coming next week to install gen 3 car charger. A bit worried about the gen 3 version but time will tell. Can't wait. Pics to come soon.
