Right. That’s the N2itive data. So my original question seems to be sorta confirmed - try to hit their numbers.

I’m aware of that - the end results to aim for should be roughly equivalent no? It matters not how the negative camber is removed - only that it can be set within a much tighter tolerance and closer to zero.

The only noticeable difference is that the warning lines are quite squiggly and change quite rapidly around the car.

I just got my S and I notice the vision-only warning system is much more conservative than my M3P was with full sensor array. It’s mildly annoying - even when viewing the feed when parking the set up for the cameras would suggest you’re closer than you are…

Took delivery of my LR with Arachnids on 11/6/23. Knew about this issue. Even with 16 miles at delivery, the car exhibited the behavior - from about 42-60+. Can be felt only in the accelerator. I also get a soft high pitched whine that “chatters”, both under slight acceleration, cruising...

Like I said, I pointed this out when I was taking delivery and the guy told me that since the Model S was crash tested with the frame on, they have to affix it.

Yeah, one observation that might help others… the fishing line gets gunked up with globs of adhesive - I had to change out for a clean piece midway through.

Got it done. I didn’t realize that the adhesive strips went the entire length and were horizontal x2. The Model 3 holder only had strips on the side. Cleaned it up with some water and Meguiar’s Quick Detailer.

Lease on 2021 M3P is done mid Dec. Not hopeful about getting a Highland Performance anytime soon. Can extend the lease 6 months, but that’s more money going nowhere. If I take delivery by mid Oct, I can get out of two lease payments, so the net effect is avoiding 8 lease payments vs waiting...

It’s -possible- that there’s more main memory in newer models so fragmentation can still be present but doesn’t lead to a failure to mount the volume… I’d also imagine some folks have large volumes containing music/media that may exacerbate the issue.

Same. Prior to 16.1.2 I had to reboot every 7 days. It will be 2 weeks on Wednesday (2 days from now) without issues.
