Looks like Tesla is going to waive the fee. At first it stated, around $200 for the replacement. I refused to approve the cost through the app and instead sent a message and a day later Tesla waived the fee.

My 7 month old Model Y rear seats chirped/squeaked really bad when I first got the car but it has since gone away. Just wait awhile and see is the problem still persist. If it does, you might want to contact Tesla Service because the squeaking can be very annoying.

Noticed bubble on my 7 month old Model Y headrest yesterday when my daughter pointed it out. MY was parked in the airport parking lot for the weekend and it was pretty hot where I live. Appointment is set to replace headrest on 7/22/22 hopefully mobile technicians will waive the fees.

I'd say if you can just wait. If you can't then the hell with CVAP. I'm personally going to wait since my applied date (12/18) was so close to the last person to get approved (12/16). Hopefully the new headlights will become standard on all MY and details of tax credits resolved by then.

CVAP is a grant And...CVRP is a rebate. You can apply after you purchasing the vehicle.

Yes, I have checked website multiple times today, lol. Application still shows under review. I called CVAP yesterday and spoke with an representative. She said, "still awaiting final approval from supervisor... should be approve hopefully by tomorrow." So I guess I'll just wait and see what happens.

Your situation seems odd. I ordered on 02/19 with the same exact specs as you and I had been vin matched twice already. I don't if this makes any difference but I'm located in Sacramento and my pickup will happenin Rocklin Ca which is like 30 mins away.

Contact a Tesla SA and see if they can find you any existing inventory. It might be a long shot but it's worth a shot.
