I tried everything and nothing worked. I took your suggestion, called and it worked exactly as you described but in less than five minutes. The service attendant told me I had three bars of wifi and that the issue was on their end. He restarted the download and its now finished. THANK YOU!!!

Your answer sounds reasonable but considering the time the download has been stuck at 50% since 12/31 when I picked up the vehicle (new from the Tesla Service Center in Seattle). I'm home now in Alaska with my router connected to the vehicle since 1/2/2023 with the white circle of death spinning...

It never restarts, just remains in a constant loop at 50%

As of this writing the date is January 11th, my OTA 2022.44.30 update remains at 50%. I've rebooted the vehicle, restarted my modem, restarted my mobile app with no joy. Is there any way to stop the download and restart it? Any tips (other than a service call)?
