You didn't mention panel gaps. My point is that this isn't some petty complaint like oh the front left panel is .3mm off. This is a serious annoyance that's more than just a quality control issue.

I just put some foam tape under the weather stripping on my model 3 and if anything it sounds louder. I didn’t have an official measurement before and after though. Has anybody tried this? Should I have had lower expectations if it creating a better door seal?

I took it to the SC and they basically said it was normal behavior and nothing was coming in from the outside it was the noise of going around the glass not into the cabin. That was what they said. It’s still super loud and annoying.

Plus the fact that the current cars will never be autonomous as promised. If you believe FSD is 10 years away why pay for it on a car that you won’t own then?

I have a tint consultation scheduled for next week and I don’t want to deal with any kind of legal issues with if its the right level so I’d prefer to just go for heat rejection/UV protection. Will clear tint do a good job at decreasing cabin temps in the sun? Does anybody have experience with this?

I was lugging around a heavy item in my car and it scratched the back of the seat. Is that piece expensive to swap out? The entire point of it is to protect the seat so I guess it did its job.

Got the same issue. I have a lot of wind noise I made an appt to take a look at it and my rear and front driver side doors aren't sitting flush so I think these things are all related.

5 minutes in and there's been like 4 things stated incorrectly on the tax credits. It's 55k not 60k which was corrected but there's the entire aspect of the sourcing of battery components that was overlooked/etc. M3 RWD isn't likely to qualify and at best it's a gray area currently.

Tesla is going to eventually allow bluetooth controllers to connect so nobody will need to connect with a wire. The games will be put back when that functionality is implemented.

On both sides of my rear trim the interior panels aren’t aligning with one another. Is this something that service will fix under warranty? I was told at pickup in December that they looked ok but they seem to have drooped down more over time.

technical improvements only matter if they provide value. Getting to 50.1% reliable is a party trick it’s not a relevant benefit that enables any behavioral change or outcome. Value over features…..

The problem isn't just the hardware. Tesla has specifically limited all the games that need a controller to play for the 2022 models. Even if you upgraded your car you wouldn't have access to games.

If you charge at home then the mobile connector is even more important..... Install a simple dryer outlet and you've got your charging solution included.

It's not a good explanation..... you can keep the pressure on internally while being realistic to the public..... or by saying nothing until it's ready to ship....
