I'm in the same boat... Have been told twice by two different CS reps that my car is to be in Schaumburg on the 10th. I'll believe it when I get the text message to schedule delivery, but I'm hoping beyond hope that it's correct!

Is that a placeholder on the internal system for them or for the customer? I've spoken twice now with a CS rep at Tesla, but nothing is showing up in my account as far as a placeholder delivery date goes. They've both told me 12/10 is when the car is supposed to be at my local SC.

According to the customer service rep I talked to and the app not allowing me to pay the final balance currently, nothing happens until the car is at the local SC.

It's been almost a year since the refresh announcement, but I remember them saying that you had until the end of February to update to the refresh version of the car. I'm not sure what would happen after that as I ordered in early December and the refresh update for me was locked in on February 9th.

I reached out to them. I called the Schaumburg general number and, while I was waiting on hold, they asked if I wanted a call back instead of waiting. I did that and a guy named Hamid called me back about 15 minutes later. I think he was a Tesla customer service guy and not located in Schaumburg.

Yes, about 6 days ago, my EDD went from January to TBD. And yes, now my dashboard reflects a 2022 Tesla Model X. That was actually the first thing that tipped me off to having a VIN right before I saw it 😊

I agree, hang in there guys! Yesterday was big and, after a slow start, I think today was even bigger for the amount of VINs assigned! Hopefully every day, the amount will go up and up...

I did the same thing... Switched from 7 seater to 6 seater on October 17th and I live outside Chicago. Ordered early December last year... I'll keep everyone posted when I hear or see something! Really hoping for this week 🤞

Would be nice if they gave this much detail BEFORE we were assigned VINs. Up until that point, they just don't seem to give a *sugar* 😞

Probably means nothing, but overnight, my Android widget populated with a phantom model 3 and shows the car controls, as you can see. When I click on it, it just takes me in to the app and everything looks the same as before. Just curious if anyone else is seeing something similar?

I've said this before and I'll say it again.... I just can't believe that not a SINGLE person in upper management at corporate Tesla thinks it might be a good idea to convey some sort of message to their new and existing customers about what the hold up is. It's blowing my mind honestly 🤯
