If I order a base model 3 today (white, no fsd, black interior) it shows estimated delivery of June 2022. Based on what you all know, do you think this estimated will be generally accurate? I don't want to take delivery until like March/April at the earliest and I'm worried they'll move it up...

Quoting myself because in ONE day, I hit "I'm ready", then got a VIN and EDD, then got the ready for delivery email. The latest pickup date is this Saturday. Now they are going too fast. I am trying to scramble with my bank as I never expected this so fast. I guess if I can't get the financing...

I originally ordered in early September and placed on hold. Removed hold today and immediately got a VIN with EDD 12/7-12/11.

My thoughts are the price of the 3 will go up again soon. So losing my $250 and spending another $250, I'd probably still save money and for sure get it later next year when any sort of rebate is hopefully in play again.

The date in the email is the date I must click I’m ready by. So no holds til June.😭

Correct. I never asked my SA for June. I just said early 2022 and he put the hold for June. I’ll give them a call.

I posted in another thread but I've been on hold a couple months now and my account page shows I can keep the hold til June 1, 2022. However, I got an email today saying I have to press the "I'm ready" button by 12/9 or my order gets canceled and I lose my deposit.

More than 30 days. So I guess I have to take it off hold or lose my money.

When I log into my Tesla account it shows my model 3 is on hold until 6/1/22. I just received an email saying my order would be canceled and my deposit forfeited if I don’t hit the “I’m ready” button by December 9th. I sure hope the email was in error!

Since mine can remain on hold until June 1, 2022 I'm assuming I'd get the 60 kwh model. Maybe the old order agreement just isn't updated while on hold.

I was refunded yesterday. I had received ZERO response from emailing customer service so I went to Contact | Tesla and filled out the "Submit a question or comment" and I received a response within a few hours that I'd be refunded within 3-5 business days.

I'm approved for financing with Tesla, but they told me to sign the loan docs before I show up to pick up my car. I'm just curious what would happen if I sign the docs but end up rejecting the car for whatever reason.
