    WTB Model Y Spacers

Looking for Model Y spacers for my 2022 MYP. I'm trying to gather some up to try various builds, so I'm interested in anything from 5-20mm, depending on price and make. Thanks!

20" MW03 install on my MYP - review

I've had my MYP for a month now, the first 550 miles or so with the factory 21" AS4s, the last 400 with 20" Martian MW03s and staggered AS4s. I thought I'd give my take on how they compare thus far. Factory wheels/tires - handles pretty darn well... on very well prepared roads. You can feel...

Need assistance/advice - ordered carbon fiber trim from Teslarati that has defects... vendor won't respond.

Subject line says it all. I ordered a ton of carbon fiber trim (among other things) for my MYP from Teslarati and installed most of it. Unfortunately, the center console door cover is molded such that it is slightly deformed, preventing it from sitting flat (not only warped, but the bump that...

Recommended front end ppf for the Model Y?

I've just purchased the rear wheel ppf sold by Tesla, but now I'm thinking that some front end ppf will be a good idea as well, at least partial. Any recommendations out there? I'm thinking about doing it myself.... so I wouldn't mind some feedback on that as well. I looked at the previous ppf...

    Tesla shops/mechanics/installers in Maryland/DC/Virginia?

I'm looking to get some springs on my Model installed and I need to find a shop. Anyone know of a good place to go in MD, DC or VA? Thanks!

Rivian price increased massively - $15,500. Cancelled, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Thoughts on Rivian's price increase. Got an email today that said 'prices have been updated on your preorder', or something like that. My R1S preorder went from $71,500 to $87,000. How insane is that???? Cancelled. I have no doubt this is going wipe out over half of their preorders... possibly...

Heads up - don't wait until your hold date to 'accept delivery', it may be cancelled that very day!

Just a heads up to my fellow Tesla peeps that have holds. Tesla sent me the email below. It was what I was expecting, and I'm totally fine with it.... no complaints, but one thing did catch me by surprise - if I'm reading that correctly, they will not automatically release the hold. They will...

Unplugged Performance mild vs moderate? Personal experiences?

Looking to get some springs to lower my MYP when it comes in. I'm fairly certain I want to get them from UPP (the Eibach lower the rear more, which I find odd). I'm interested in a lowered look, improved handling and a smoother ride. With that said, I was going to play it safe and order the...

UPP mild/moderate for MYP - personal experiences? Is the ride more really more comfortable?

Looking to get some springs to lower my MYP when it comes in. I'm fairly certain I want to get them from UPP (the Eibach lower the rear more, which I find odd). I'm interested in a lowered look, improved handling and a smoother ride. With that said, I was going to play it safe and order the...

Real matte carbon fiber mirror covers (Teslarati)

Note: Completely forgot to state they are for the Model Y!!! Sorry! Decided to get a different color wheel and no longer plan to install some carbon fiber mirror covers I purchased from Teslarati. Price is $150 shipped. See the link below for the exact mirror that's for sale...

Continental Extremecontact Sport 20" for MYP w/ Martian wheels

I did some hunting and couldn't find any threads on this tire, only the EC DW06, which is different. I'm buying some Martian wheels, 20x8.5 (255/40/20) for the front and 20x9.5 (275/40/2) for the rear - now I need to get some tires. I was going to go with the Michelin AS4s, but I've read that...

What happens when you take a vehicle off of hold - do you go to the end of the current que?

I have a MYP on hold until February 27, 2021. Does anyone know what happens when that hold period is up, or if I choose to end the hold early? Do I get bumped up in the que for having waited well past my initial EDD? Do they treat me like a new order in that I 'rejoin the que'... and placed at...

MYP handing with 20x8.5 and 255/40/20

Just curious what folks think of this setup. I know it will likely yield better acceleration and be less likely to curb than 9.5s... but what about handling? Is there significant/noticeable roll or less grip for whatever reason?

Any recommendations for a pet liner that protects the Model Y doors? Read the Tesla one isn't that great at it.

Topic says it all - I've looked at the other posts and it seems like the Tesla pet liner is great, but that it doesn't do as good of a job protecting the doors as some would like.... that it doesn't quite cover them all. My two Corgis are absolute slobberers... they've coated my wifes Nissan...

Have any US made Model Y's started shipping with the upgraded interior door trim?

It seems like the rest of the world has had the pleasure of the upgraded door trim - have US made Model Y's begun shipping with this... or is it just not in the cards for now? I suspect it and other changes will be reflected in the Texas production line..... but are we stuck with the old style...

Are there any diffusers that match the color of the factory trim/bumper?

I'm looking to get a diffuser for the MYP I have on order, but I'm not really interested in side skirts or a front bumper, just a nice, clean diffuser. That said, I think it looks kind of odd when the wheel arch trim transitions into the diffuser... that's carbon fiber (or whatever). Does...

Model Y Performance acceleration 'maxed out' or room for improvement

Let me start by saying that I think the MYP is an amazingly fast vehicle - I test drove one and ordered it the very next day (would have been that night, but I had to get the wife onboard...) That said, we know how Tesla is with its constant updating... usually without any warning. Eventually I...
