Hello everyone! I have a leased 2022 model 3 and it seems that everytime I make a lease payment the vehicle price decreases drastically, the car went from $35k to $21k in a year which blows my mind, thus increasing my lease cancellation fee, does anyone know why?

It’s a 2022 model 3, 23.8k miles

If this trend continues, will probably have to get a new car this summer and keep the Tesla on the side just making the monthly payments till the lease is over

After every lease payment the early lease fee keeps going up, is this normal? Lease ends in Feb 2025

Battery wasn't full! Also for the too cold for regen, I turned on HVAC from phone so battery would warm up and I did not get a regen is limited message

EDD changed today from Feb 5-March 5 to Feb 12- Feb 21
