1K is the nonrefundable deposit to place an order for a Foundation Series CT. 20K is the price difference between the Foundation Series (which includes a bunch of options) and the Non-Foundation Series.

A Red $80K Demo X with only 18 miles is available in Seattle. It is the same configuration as I ordered but I am happy to let those who must have a 2023 model go for it...
