So my solenoid and air suspension compressor have been replaced on my 2014 Tesla Model S P85. The car has good height but my controls seems off. How would I level out the car? Hard reset? Wheel reset? 12V reset? Also what is the appropriate amount of PSI for the tank? 120 PSI or higher?

I would definitely encourage you to look around. There’s a lot of unhappy Tesla owners and on suspension specifically.

I tried asking for recommendations and there’s nothing. No shops. Nothing. Hence my 1st post of this thread when Tesla Irrationally recommended me to Collision shops.

Also, why is it that when I brought my car in without a part to have them investigate my suspension problem; they want to try to look at other things on my car? I didn’t ask them to do that. Definitely not first class service.

I think the class action lawsuit is relevant to this conversation, because it relates to suspension issues that have been widely underreported. I’ve tried going to Tesla just to get service and it hasn’t been anything close to First class.

Keep in mind, Tesla has a Class Action lawsuit in federal court over Suspension issues.

I also just called Tesla collision and they declined. I recommended that they tell leadership, do not tell customers to call collision shops for part replacements.

Update: I’ve seen so many videos of the compressor being replaced, I’m seriously thinking about just doing it myself. Tesla service is just awful. I can’t figure out words to describe my service experience but it is definitely a lesson learned. I will never buy a car from Tesla again.

And in my view if they can’t replace my compressor/solenoid block or less to resolve my issue; it doesn’t make sense beyond that point to repair it at all. Also Tesla service did a horrible job with diagnosing my problem.

I was able to determine that my compressor tank can fill up with air and it does raise my car. So there is definitely a leak somewhere. Tesla just wants to make $5,000 on unnecessary repair sales/service/parts costs, whenever someone has a suspension issue. What a hassle.

and Tesla is unwilling to admit there is a problem? I asked them point blank multiple times in 3 service center tickets and they won’t answer. We all know replacing 2 compressors within 3 months is not normal.

Sad to say but the Service Center issues have not gone away. Just go to YouTube and search Tesla service center issues and, whats happening on video is what is being experienced. The people who don’t care are the ones with no problems until they have an issue.
