Didn’t see the voluntary dismissal. Sounds like they settled. Not good.
Nope, no settlement. They gave up, since they saw they were unlikely to be able to go forward with the case and win:

Sometimes a voluntary dismissal could mean they negotiated an agreement
But in this case you can see that it wasn't. Tesla was going to file to compel them into arbitration, and they didn't want that. (It is possible they decided to go down the arbitration path themselves, but given the courts findings that their co-plaintiff's claims weren't valid I can't imagine they would get far.) Why would Tesla settle when they have essentially already won?
