Loose connection/ terminal inside the handle would be a possibility. I would crack that opened. Not if you’re not electrically inclined, you could ask a friend or go on Task rabbit for service.

This is to charge my non Tesla cars as well. Current set up is a Tesla Wall charger Gen 1 with 8FT cable only specific with Tesla. Bought a 25ft J1772 cable and will be hardwired to the Tesla Wall charger. Just wondering if anyone have similar project here in the forum. Please advise...

Is there a way to make the wireless charger work? Change the hardware? Older MYs are able to replace this with a aftermarket but with MYs 2022 seems not possible?

Tesla failed in all aspects, don’t really make any sense that they dropped the ball here.

PPF is overkill imho. You could repaint the car if needed and cheaper. Wrap it twice and still cheaper. Just my 2 cents.
