My car was routed through Chicago (from CA) and was delivered with an IL conduction sticker good for 30 days (I think). Payed the sales tax when I registered and got my plates at the Secretary of State branch.

Same problem. Noticed front tires rubbing with extreme turns especially when backing up, after changing to winter tires a few days ago (same equipment as NetZero). Never happened with stock 19s. And I have coils.
