Yes, in case of a write off, it doesn't just cover the car but the extra $21k to payout the lease or whatever it is. Agree it's overpriced but for peace of mind, i'm happy to pay a bit more then next year lower the cost. You're right, they include it as misc and pay you back for the insurance...

I was strongly encourage to use theirs for the first year as it covers the full payout of the loan and then look to swap to a different insurance company the next year... I did note it was like an extra $1k more but came with some added things like no excess for windscreenn and it's pre-tax so...

What document did you get from SG Fleet with that information on it about the claim GST and luxury tax? I'm with SG Fleet too and can't find this info on the documents I've received from them..

Similar thing happened to me and about 3-4 days later I got the schedule express delivery test.. I hope it means the same for you.

Yeah on Friday afternoon it went from 13/5-3/6 to 9/6-30/6.. Maybe they wanted to take away the last bit of hope from me before giving it back...?

On Friday afternoon my EDD was pushed back from 13/5 -3/6 to 9/6 - 30/6. Yesterday I got my SMS to schedule delivery (at Chatswood) with options 12/6 and 13/6. I was Oct. order too. So you might get your SMS soon too... I hope you do!

You'll hopefully get it today, i got mine yesterday at like 5pm, only option was 12/6 or 13/6 at 6pm... Took the 12/6. (I'm the same, build day 3/4 @ Chatswood)

Agreed real bummer and doesn't make sense that the same build date are getting their delivery SMS while we keep getting pushed back...

I received my Novated Lease agreement and the Rental Rate is 9.15%, not knowing basically anything about Novated Leasing, this sounds very high.. My company only has 1 Novated lease company so i can't really leverage a better deal.. Does this rate sound right or is it very high?

You can ask for a copy of your final invoice and they upload it to your Tesla account. I just did it via SMS replying to the same messages they sent me. I needed it for my Novated Lease

I came home yesterday and found the slip of paper saying it was at the post office... It had a tracking number, I wonder why Tesla doesn't provide it..

Yeah similar boat, ordered my UMC on 18/04, haven't heard a thing, no tracking just says "null"... who knows when i'll get it...

It means the system is being updated in the back end, in after 2 days of TBD i got my updated EDD.. so in the next day or two you'll get a EDD..

Happened to me on Monday, on Wednesday i got a EDD of 11 May to 1 June, this morning it just updated to 30 April to 1 June. (I'm in Sydney) so hopefully you will get some good news soon...

FYI my EDD changed just then from 11th May to 1 June to 30 April to 21 May... So that's good if it's true...

This is from the UMC Owners Manual on the Tesla website, it appears the Current lines up with the Adapter. I have no idea about these things but are they possibly the same thing just labelled differently? I ordered my UMC the other day waiting to receive it.

I haven't received an SMS about an update on EDD (currently TBD) however, I did get a separate message about how I won't be receiving a UMC and a link to the Tesla store, as I ordered after July 7th. How long did you have TBD before you got a more accurate timeframe?

I think they're giving vouchers to orders placed prior to the cut off of 7 July but haven't received their car yet. (going off previous comments in this thread)

FYI I received a SMS/Email today from Tesla saying: "As you ordered after 7 July 2022, home charging equipment is not included with your vehicle. To purchase separately, visit the Tesla Shop..." I spoke with a SA in a showroom back in early March and they did mention that if your car build...

For me it went Feb-May > TBD. I haven't updated to a more accurate date yet.
