So i was dropping off my Model S for service and i asked the SA if her could see any information that I couldn't. He said according to the the internal estimate my car is expected for delivery on March 21st. So i guess we will see

What inside information do you have? The 7500 credit remains in place until the fed credit battery standards meeting which is happening some time in March. If the battery qualifies the credit remains 7500. If it doesn’t the credit is halved.

I have 3 kids, when we go on a road trip we can all fit in the 2nd row, or drive the Model S currently. But going out to dinner with relatives will need the 7 seats. also helps to be able to separate the kids when they get on each others nerves.

Don't hold your breath. I have the exact same configuration as you. I pushed the button on December 7th. I have a SS of 94 with 1100 miles driven with 967 on autopilot.

There was never a path for AP1 to AP2+. the physical hardware that supports the camera isn't present. the wiring harnesses and such. in order to install them, the car would basically have to be disassembled. While i'm sure it is technically feasible, it is not economically prudent.

My car is the same age, or slightly older. i bought FSD when i got the car in Feb of 2017. I got the HW3 upgrade free, i got the camera retrofit for free. The only thing they are currently resistant to doing is MCU2 for free. Supposedly it is not necessary for FSD. I got 2022.8.10.8 and...
