Do you have pictures of your car with the anthracite gray wheels? My car is also black, so would be cool to see what it looks like, before I paint them.

That's what I did. My car is black, so I figured it might be too much to go black for the wheels as well.

Unfortunately, that's not the case for me. No matter what I try, resetting the TPMS myself does not fix the issue. The SC says I have to take it in every time I swap my wheel/tire sets.

Has anyone run into issues with power to the OBD II port? I'm trying to install a dashcam and the harness I made to adapt the OBDII port to cigarette lighter isn't giving any power to the dashcam. My thought was either my harness was bad (though I think this is unlikely), or the OBD II port fuse...

This sounds like the route I'll probably end up going, as I also don't have the connector in the mic grille. I've been searching for an alternate 12V source without much luck. Can you share the wires you used to tap into the trunk opener?

Some older cars do have it, and others don't. In TeslaTap's Dash Cam install guide, they call out Pre-AP cars with the Tech Package as those that don't have the connector, but also say that they believe all cars do. Either way, there's no really no reliable way to predict whether or not your car...

Thanks for the awesome write up! A heads up for those with older Model S, my 2014 P85 doesn't have the auxiliary power connector in the microphone grill. You'll have to find another 12V source.
