Hi Sgjs, It really depends if the damaged parts are classified as beyond repair and has to be replaced. Usually approved does good work on repairs but Tesla usually replace the damaged parts. Also ca you please post the pictures? Did you get a reg plate of the person who is at fault?

Mine M3 is currently at SC with this fault, axle is more noisy on driver side but both make the same noise. Personally I think is not CV joint but we shall see soon.

It not so good news if you were using their type2 plug (DC plug broken). There was no connection fee for type2 so now I will pay slightly more. oh well, maybe polar nearby will work.

It really depends where you live? I think zap-map is the best place to start, Polar network is the cheapest and they do provide relatively cheap rapid charging if they do work.
