What I saw was the two "boxes" are are sitting just to the north end between the row of chargers and the McDonalds drive through lane. I am not smart enough to know if those are transformers or not. Sorry.

I think that there is a bug in the program. I got the same thing over and over again. I also got RED CAR notifications about every 10 seconds for a car in front of me even when I was not in autopilot or FSD. Very frustrating!

I live in San Antonio and my non FSD HATES flashing yellows regardless of where they are and really wants to hard stop (even on the highway) anytime it sees one.

Probably means a week or two under Elon timing.

This one is probably very close to being done. The new Supercharger in Leon Springs, Texas went operational today.

They are up and working fine!

They are busy working at this site today too. Seems like they are in a hurry to get this done.

And they are moving fast. There was a work detail out there all day on Sunday so something must be important that they want this complete soonest.

UPDATE! I was just texted a 17 Sept 19 delivery date. No VIN yet.

Talked with a Tesla employee at a local showroom and he said that Model 3 deliveries are averaging 4 to 5 weeks (with the white interior being the longer time frame). We will see.

I know that this is about to change but does anyone know why a town the size of San Antonio had to wait so long to get a supercharger near the actual city. Looking at the map of the US and the next largest city without one is Lubbock and then the "major cities without a supercharger close"...

I drove by this location early in the morning (so no photos) and it looks to me that all they need to do is remove the construction fence, remove the black bags on the signs, clean up the construction debris, and turn the power switch on. Ten one side access chargers with several currently...

This is from the Wednesday, 5 Dec 18. You can see that one Supercharger is dark as it was still not completely installed.

The workers here yesterday said that the Superchargers will all be available "soon" (like next week.)

Sir, They seem to be full service as I have noticed no difference in these temporary chargers and those more permanent versions that I have used elsewhere. Bruce

Stopped in yesterday, Friday, 16 Nov 18 and here is an update. There was about a dozen workers pulling cable, and installing supercharger stations. Looks like they want to get this job done quickly. By count there will be 12 chargers total. On the drive up their are car told us that this...

Back out there again today and no change. No construction of any type anywhere.

I was at the Leon Springs HEB today and there is no indication of any construction activity at the location. I also happened to have stopped at the Shertz HEB yesterday and it was the same there too (no construction of any type.)

They're up and working nicely. Staff inside Amigo's are nice but not very familiar with Superchargers at all. This is just off of I-10 on the north side of the highway.

Has any one actually had service done here (at the San Antonio Service Center)? If so what are you thoughts? Did they address your cars needs? How was the staff? Any problems / thoughts that you might want to share?

I stopped back by the San Antonio Tesla store and while talking with several of the staff about the future I asked if any of them had heard about a specific supercharger location in town. They all said no but are hoping to hear something soon.

I agree with you completely. This location is kind of tight on space so I am betting that the supercharger will be somewhere else in the San Antonio area. If I see anything pop up, I'll let you all know.
