I've had the IRO cam for my AP2 car for 6 years now. It's always worked perfectly. Yesterday I noticed it was off. I've tried turning it on but it won't come on. I tried reformatting the SD card but that did not help. Has anyone experienced their IRO cam just refusing to turn on?

They quoted me $1500 to upgrade to MCU2. Add $500 for the FM tuner. I think the price is lower if the FSD HW3 upgrade was already performed, which we had done back in 2020.

Granted, but there is a difference between occasionally upgrading the car's firmware to satisfy recalls and actually building out FSD for MCU1.

Tesla just replaced the rear hatch power struts on our 2017 MS 75D. They had been developing large quantities of black, crumbly gunk at the upper ends and had been making strange noises. I was told it's a known problem and that newer struts don't fail like this.

Fellow YBS here. SC promised to replace the screen when the new part comes in. It's quite noticeable and bothersome. For me, at least, it's greatly detracting from the experience of driving a Tesla. This car is barely a year old. What a shame.

The service center here in Raleigh recommends National Dent Works. We'll be visiting today to get an estimate on our MS. We have dents in the rear door and rear quarter panel. I'll let you know how it goes.

Tried rebooting the car and both the release notes and the owner's manual remain blank. I'll call Tesla today and see if they have any additional recommendations.

Got this update last night but the release notes were blank (just an empty white window). Even when I hit the Tesla logo and bring up the release notes again, they're still blank. Has this happened to anyone else? The upgrade was successful because we have vector maps and the speed limiter.
