Just took delivery this evening and doing my first charge at home using the HPWC and the app is showing I’m getting an 8mi/hr charge. Does it normally start this slow if you were really low or is there an issue?

Just had the wall connector installed in preparation for my MX delivery and noticed the light stays green and it doesn’t have an off switch. (Or at least I can see one) is this normal and the light always stays green and unit always stays on?

Might be a silly question but wondering if I can run the car/ preheat with heater or cooler on in garage with door closed? I know there isn’t any exhaust like on an ICE vehicle but wondering if there is anything else that would be dangerous to run the Tesla while in a closed garage.

i just placed my order for the Model X 75D and the OA said that the car comes with a charger and that I could do a HPWC with the 75D battery. Is this accurate? He blamed it on the battery. I would prefer to have a faster charging solution if possible. Thanks for any help or recommendations!
