Update: Service took care of it. They just had to re-torque the suspension and the noise was completely eliminated. Fixed it and got the car back in the same day :)

FYI, this wasn't my experience at all. The all seasons have performed better in every respect vs. the Pilot S stock treads. Extremely smooth ride. Less road noise, better grip, less slippage on wet surface, etc. Inflation is key - making sure it stays around 42 psi with the crazy New England...

Yep, took it up to 90 and it was just fine. Same or less level of noise vs. the summer tire treads.

Just the tires. We simply swapped the treads onto the existing P3D+ wheels.

FYI, I threw the Pilot A/S 3+ treads on my P3D+ today and am VERY pleased. The road noise actually seems LESS vs. the summer tires it came with. It's also pretty slick out with rain today and I really did some crazy stuff with the car on both sets of tires - the all seasons actually felt like...

FYI, I'm getting the all season treads swapped onto my P3D+ this Thursday. I'm usually blasting music within 20 seconds of entering the car, but for once I'll hold off a bit and let you know if the road noise difference is noticeable :)

It's still funny to me that they would ship out a car with literally no "Tesla" option to drive it in 2/3rds of the country for half the year. Haha. Good stuff. I'm still going the lazy route with all-seasons, but I may keep the summers in the garage for a year just in case Tesla puts out...

More info for this thread. I called Tesla service this morning and they WILL NOT swap out tire treads for me ahead of my delivery (on 9/28). I'm just putting all seasons on the 20 inch wheels and calling it a day. He also said they won't do it after the fact either and that they only switch...

After hearing from everyone I think my final plan will be to swap my 20inch summer treads with the 20 inch all season treads. I'll store the summer treads until Tesla hopefully sorts things out and either A) we find out the 19inch winter wheel set fits fine, or B) they offer a winter 20inch...

Yeah, the only problem is that the current tires on the 20 inch performance wheels will literally fail at 20 degrees and aren't recommended below 40 degrees. The only real solution (for at least this winter) is the replace the summer treads with winter treads.

FYI - I have a P3D+ order that should be delivered soon and got this response this morning when asking if the 19inch performance wheel package would fit on the P3D+. Short answer is no and you'll have to swap out treads. Thanks again for contacting Tesla! We spoke yesterday about your winter...
