We started experiencing this just recently after upgrading to 2022.16.1.1 on our 2018 Model 3 LR AWD. It seems like double pressing and then holding the left button on the steering wheel seems to change radio stations like before. Greatly prefer the single press l/r function from before.

Mobile service was able to come out today and install the frunk seal in 1 minute. Excited to be able to take it to the car wash now and not have to manually drain/dry pooled frunk water.

I put the same transmitter where the manual stated (mounted vertically to the right side of camera). Was successfully scanned on bridge toll last week without issue and not directly in line of sight on the dashboard.
