Try going to the local service center... I scheduled a test drive and they gave me the VIN. I don’t even have a DA assigned. Delivery scheduled for nov 19th

went for a test drive in springfield nj and they gave my VIN and pinged my car for me(in wyoming) scheduled delivery for 11/19... can't wait now after the test drive

Same here... 2 times yesterday on hold or more than 1 hour. the first time I called as 10:15 EST ...15 minutes after they open up. just gave up both times
