Probably bad choice of words “sign a waiver”. You have to read a page telling you they have change the sensors to vision only going forward. You cannot continue to set up delivery until you click the accept button on the page.

I can’t find it in my app Account. It was a screen that you had to press an accept icon to continue to delivery. Perhaps you could ask someone to take and share a screenshot of it when they have to accept it. Many have reported getting USS even if they accepted.

One of the reasons I declined was because it was listed as having a range of 279 miles vs the MYLR AWD listing of 330 mi range.

In June of 22i was offered a MY standard range (not long range) AWD with 4680 batteries from Austin. I declined as the SR offered was more expensive than the MYLR I ordered in Nov of 21. I am still waiting.
