charge connector

When taking delivery of a new Model S, what chargers do you get as part of the default package? I am based in the UK, not sure if its different by country?

I am looking for a High Power Wall Connector for the Roadster, but Tesla seems not to be selling it now. Anyone have an idea for a solution?

The Tesla web site says "Model S plugs into these stations with the included J1772 adapter." Has anyone seen this adapter? What are the specifications?
