checked with Tesla after Safelite told me they couldn’t replace my windshield because it had to come in with a 62% charge (we’re in day 2 of power outage). Tesla said that’s not true and most of time no recalibration is necessary. This is second bad experience. Last time they called an hour after I left it and said the replacement glass was chipped. Any good experiences with other national or Midwest brands? Thanks.
