That's....irritating; I have two, and they've only processed one of the recall replacements so far. I guess I'd better reach out and see if the second replacement is ever coming.

I also have two, and a 6-50. So far, I haven't received any replacements at all. I did get a letter saying I would though. I keep meaning to reach out too, I'm just lazy.

I received replacement 10-30 and 14-30 adapters, for the recall, on 23 Mar 2017 -- some months after the initial notification. According to the enclosed paperwork, here are the 5 parts subject to recall (note the old 14-50 was long ago recalled separately):

NEMA 6-50: 1016021-00-A and 1016021-00-B
NEMA 10-30: 1016174-00-B
NEMA 14-30: 1018243-00-A and 1018243-00-B

If they have a gray plastic cap (rather than black), they are the new versions.
