Anyone know where to purchase one? I tried Oakville and they refused to order me the part. I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the other Tesla Service Centres in the GTA and what approach you used to purchase it.

I had no luck also with Oakville I just hope people keep bugging them that they will eventually give us some attention... Im not holding my breath.

No luck with Vaughan either. They claimed that we can’t order this part in Canada. Not sure if that’s true or not.

Just went in and asked for the part via the part number.

Oh wow, do you remember the name of the person who helped you? They flat out told me no in Vaughan. I assume you’re installing it yourself? I got this message from a service center in the U.S since I will be traveling soon. Did they tell you something similar in Vaughan?

“Good afternoon, Tesla Henrietta Service Center
here. We can order that part, however it is a non-
returnable item. Since your vehicle was not built
with it we can not guarantee it will work, we can
not install the firmware needed for it to work and
it can cause non-warrantied issues with the
vehicle.”
