2013 Model S Passenger Window not responding

I had the Ranger come by today to replace my 12v battery. All went well until I picked the kids up at school. When my daughter got into the passenger side, the window not only didn't go down, it went up. It is not about 1/4" above the small glass pane in the front corner. I'll attach a screen shot for your viewing pleasure.
I power cycled the MCU from the steering wheel, and tried the recalibration of the windows with the 15 second down press, but the passenger windows refuses to move at all.

I have a service call scheduled for the 28th of this month, but was wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this, or some advise on how I might be able to fix this situation? I managed to close the door with pushing the trim up and the window slides into place, but there is no seal and the back edge of the window isn't fully closed.
