In the additional details add - "Believe software is stuck = Currently at 2019.x.x.x"

I'm on 2019.40.50.7. I've contacted support via chat and they said that this is the latest one for my VIN and that engineers leave some back intentionally. I also had a mobile service appointment for this and he cancelled my appointment today indicating the same as the support engineer. I have a 2019 Model X (Raven) MCU2/Ap3.
