2019 Model X Rear Climate Control Issue

Just bought a used 2019 Model X for the family and we can’t seem to get the rear climate control from the center vent to blow out any air. Is there something that blocks that vent so it doesn’t blow out anything? How do we get air to blow out to the rear as well as the front? We have the rear selected but still now luck. Any help us much appreciated.

False alarm as I just figured it out. You can get air out of the rear center console vent by only having the air coming out the front vents, then it will come out of the rear center console

Pre-Raven, the center vent is part of the front system while the rear selection is specific to the outboard vents in both rows. I don't believe this changed with Raven. IOW, AFAIK, the center vent should always be blowing the same as the front except if you have them physically closed.
