I have a four month old MY. The interface says I have 2020.32.3 software update and that it is the latest. I see discussions here on what appears to be a later one. Am I missing an update?

Maybe. Updates aren’t pushed out to the entire fleet at the same time. You’ll get a notification when it is available for you.
