Daerik on YT do a live video every Sunday, and they confirmed that the new heated wheel would work by swapping the old wheel with a new one, but the SC wont enable it until "headquarters" says its ok to. WOMP. Search for their video from last night and skip about halfway through it and give a listen.
Picked up my M3 today. Rang to confirm it would have heated wheel before purchase. It’s a MIC M3. from Vin and RN I was told that DID have heated wheel

Note the "new" wheel design has stitching on it also. I was confused by this also. The difference actually is it's continuous all the way. The "old" design had seams in the 2 and 10 o clock positions, while new does not.Picked up my M3 today. Rang to confirm it would have heated wheel before purchase. Picked up my M3SR+ three weeks ago. From what I can tell I have the new lights, new wheel, heat pump, but no option for heated wheel...
I only have front heated seats so I don't have the "screen" that I've seen to turn on the wheel... My 2 heated seats settings are along the bottom.
My rep hinted that I should have the heated wheel, but was just a guess.

I've turned on the wheel heat using voice command... where do I find the screen for the seats/wheel?
Or "Alexa, turn on heat"? =)

Can't figure out if you're being sarcastic or not.. but "turn on wheel heat" works just fine.
So... where's the screen for all these options? I can't seem to find it
Thanks, the screen I've seen is where you turn on your heated seats, there's a little heated wheel icon on the left, if I remember correctly.
No sarcasm, just a bad Alexa joke
My tan icon only brings up the image of the vents so I can adjust them....
Also, 2 days ago I had 2 "zones" (hi-lo) yesterday I now have only 1? Anyone else seen that?
Ah that’s reassuring then. It does appear I have the new wheel. Certainly has the new scrolls.
I’ll try the audio command
