So sad, my EDD kept moving and has finally stabilized to Nov 27 - Dec 10. Was hoping it would keep moving up.

1. Yesterday got call for first dibs on a Model S for an order that someone wasn’t responding to.
2. Today, also did.

Had to say no, can’t take one of them today or this weekend as I’m not in town yet. I’m arriving and will have a place to put a car 9/1+ so anytime that day or after works for me. Before then don’t even have a garage for it.

Im surprised because I would think many other orders are before me in the area but maybe not. They said they do have 800+ cars headed into Austin, maybe then is not all MS of course.

Still hoping now I get the same call say around 9/1 again for an order before mine that falls through again hehehe. That one I WILL take!

I spotted this MS LR, Black / Black, 21” Wheels at a Chicago area Tesla store this afternoon, with a sign on the dash saying it was for a 4PM delivery. From the window sticker (which was lying on the front seat), the VIN is 5YJSA1E53MF437XXX and the Date of Manufacture is shown as 07/2021. It said the Transportation Method was "Truck", but I assume it arrived in Chicago via train and then was transferred to a truck to travel from the freight yard to the store.

That's what they told me when I called today too, it'll be around 72 hours before delivery.

@epotter As noted in OP, the center caps were my Model 3 set. No plastic black caps, ordered black chrome lug nuts on Amazon for less than $20 for 20.

Guys, I visited Tesla Dublin, CA & they were getting ready to deliver White/Black LR with 19s. Here are some pics. LR's with 19s are being delivered as we speak. Sorry if this someone's Tesla from this group. I was just excited to see LR with 19s delivered.
