I have the exact same config. My RN 1146 though. Also delivery in California. Same delivery estimate now as well. Looks like they will be making a batch of Red/Black 19’s for end of quarter

This is total bs, there is NO reason for these dates. I also received the email about receiving my model S. I am so glad that Tesla is sorry that I may be disappointed. When I checked my account the EDD I received is Nov 14 - Dec 4. This is for a blue / cream / 19 LR. This is suppose to be an available combination except for the 19s. RN is 1142. Ordered 1 Dec 2020. Glad I never got rid of my old car.
Estimated Delivery: October 20 - November 09
I am sure Tesla will reward us all for our patience with free supercharging. They really know how to look after their customers !!

As noted by someone else, just apply for the sticker in January because it depends on the date you apply. For me, I applied before the end of the year but still got the next year's sticker. I applied in November a few years ago hoping to get the red sticker for my 3 hour round trip commute. The sticker took so long to come that by the time it did (in late January), it was the Purple stickler for the next year (which worked out great because I got almost another year of carpool lane access because of it).Ordered a Blue/Cream/19/FSD 2 days ago.

- As of this morning: Nov 28 - Dec 18
Actually, if it's that close to the end of the year, I'd prefer a December date because I want the '22 California HOV sticker.Don't deliver too soon!
Just spoke to the Fremont delivery center after escalating since my 1/13/21 order is blank still. He said from his understanding, November is earliest. As always take this with a grain of salt I'm seeing all these other folks with EDDs sooner than that but just sharing the latest I have been told.

I believe that the new EDD you received is just as good and reliable as if one of the SA’s gave you an EDD. Tesla culture seems to be based on BS. I believe the main delivery holdup for
Most is 19” wheels. But I also now believe that Tesla is way more concerned 3 and Y production and delivery. That is where their bread is buttered. I also believe that I received my delivery because I started to be a pia to everyone I dealt with at Tesla. Crummy way to do business. I do love my new S.

Just got this: Estimated Delivery: August 29 - September 18 (from Blank) - along with an apology email from Tesla.

Stopped by my service center in Salt Lake City, UT on my way home. Looks like about 10 plaids just came of the truck. Various configurations 19", white interior, white exterior. So obviously no specific color, options, or configuration is in short supply.

You are right as by white on white won't get here till Dec 15 - Jan 5 and I ordered in May. Sucks that people with a different color interior get it 3 months before us but nothing we can do.
