Looks like some new version of FSDb. Teslafi has one car with it. That car previously had FSDb 10.69.2.4 installed.
Perhaps Tesla bumped the minor version up to .100 so they can release new versions to production vehicles without them getting beyond the FSDb version number. This would avoid the "downgrading" issue.
But then, it might just be a service version installed for a repair job.

I’m on the 2022.40.200 just took delivery, I believe is a delivery version that will expire / update in a short amount of time has nothing to do with FSD

You can select advanced on the software Update page but manually, I don’t believe so.

Yeah i think you basically have to not update Till the beta branch is newer than your current version. And being we are on the “Delivery” Branch could be even longer…
