2023 20" Tire choice help - 3 Season Tires Prioritize Range, Comfort, Treadwear - any new tires released?

Hi Folks - i know there have been a lot of tire threads in the past but looking to see if anything has changed in 2023 with newer choices for 20" MX setup (265/275) setup. Tesla wants $2500 Cdn to replace the OEM Conti's on the 20 rims which seems rather insane just for rubber. Treadwear has been pretty awful so looking for something that will wear a bit better, preserve range, noise and comfort. Least on my priority list is high performance. I was considering the new Sailun E-range tires but they are relatively unproven.
I run a dedicated set of winters so don't need something too geared towards winter.

The Cross Climate 2's look like a great option - thank you for highlighting. Looks like i can get them for $1600 so a decent savings and the treadwear looks to be atleast double.

Curious if anyone has a preferred Pirelli?

Noticed Pirelli just launched the WeatherActive line to compete with CC2s. In reading up on both, it would appear a 10% range hit is quite possible.
