Hello,
Does anyone know where I can find the "close all windows on lock"? It's on my 2022 Y, but not on my 2023 X.
Definitely curios. I canāt say but hopefully someone here can answer it for your early 2021 Mode X. Iāve both had it on my 2020 M3LR and also on my 2020 MYLR. On my 2023 MX itās gone.I recognize that regulations recently (when?) forced Tesla to remove the āClose Windows on Lockā feature. However, I donāt recall ever seeing this feature in my early-2021 Model X. And BTW, I donāt have a āLocksā choice on my display screen Controls page (like I see that Models 3 and Y do).
Is it possible that this feature was never available in the classic/legacy Model X?
Just curious.
My 2017 definitely never had the ability to close windows remotely. I've seen speculation that the 3 and Y had a sensor required to allow this that the S and X didn't have.I recognize that regulations recently (when?) forced Tesla to remove the āClose Windows on Lockā feature. Where?! Can you take a screen shot or a picture?
pics?
Just saw a note pop up on the screen today on my 23MX that said the feature to close all windows on lock was available. Sure enough, it's in the Lock menu.
@tps5352, I'm in the exact same situation as you. My MX 2020 is also running 2022.45.15 and I'm missing the auto-close window functionality. I really hope that they resolve this situation in future updates.
I can't over emphasize how nice/important it is to be able to close the windows remotely, and have them close when the car locks.
