I've had a 22 MY LR7 for under 2 months and it's already been into service 3 times for this issue, but it has not been resolved.
Issue: Whistling/rattling/squeaking noise that sporadically appears around 40mph
Additional context - Tesla has made three attempts to resolve this, but after picking it up tonight and having it present, I'm asking around for help since it's still clearly there.
It's not persistent, but I hear it over the radio and road noise. And there are several more videos I've attempted to record, but it's not something I can reproduce 100% of the time.
Any ideas or suggestions? Also, this isn't my third EV and I've driven plenty of them, including Teslas and have never had something like this before.

- Service Visit 1 - did a ride along with a tech and recreated the sound, but was told it was "normal" and it was coming from deceleration. Issue persisted after this visit as found in this video at about 5 seconds in -
- Service Visit 2 - did another ride along a tech, and again it was confirmed to be heard by the tech, but couldn't quite pinpoint it. The driver side mirror assembly and tweeter were replaced for what they believed would resolve it.
- Service Visit 3 (technically still 2, since returned to service immediately at pickup) - did another ride along with the same tech and recreated the sound. Believed it might be the rotor from a lack of braking. After 24 hours, I was called and told it was from lack of using the brake (the vehicle has 1,600 miles on it), so they polished the rotor and enabled the option for using brake during limited regenerative braking is available in the UI. After picking up the vehicle, I again recreated the problem and recorded new video - also starts about 5 seconds in and again at 21.
