Early year 60s were truly 60 batteries .. maybe post a link of what car you are looking at and others can chime in ..I believe it was ~late 2015 where they had the 60 batts that could be software unlocked to 75
That sounds about right. You should be able to look under that Tesla's My Account and if there's an offer to upgrade it should be posted there and the price.
I doubt the S60 owners that were downgraded to 48kwh by the 2019.16 update will disagree with you, and the supercharger network isn't as super with these 70kw charging limits.
Only way is to upgrade the actual battery pack. I have a 2013 S75 that use to be a S60. 100% range is 244 and 90% is 219. Plenty of range for daily and road trips.
