I also have a 75 kWh pack removed from a 2017 75D up for sale for $16,500 shipped anywhere in the United States.

Why not? A powerwall 2 has about 14kw and costs $7,000. So the 75D pack would be equivalent to about 5 powerwalls for half the price Assuming you have other backup components already.

Or purchase of a 40D and upgrade to a 75D, etc.
