A couple of observations re using USB's to play music - verification?

Hi All

First post, since I couldn't find any info on these points using the search function.

I have my iTunes library on a USB. Prior to M3/V9, I couldn't shuffle songs, and the media player would not consistently return to the song that was last playing, upon a new start up of the car. Since V9, I have 2 observations:

1) If I press "pause" BEFORE placing the car in park, the media player will restart where it left off in a song. If I press pause AFTER placing the car in park, the media player with start up at a default setting, not my USB. Can someone verify/refute these observations in their M3?

2) After V9, I now have a "shuffle songs" function, and a "repeat song" function as well. Both work as expected. I did not see any indication that these functions were included in V9, at least not in the V9 release notes - did I just miss this info?

How did you format your flash drive for play. I had to use FLAC for our MS75D but I'm confused if 3 will take all formats. Thanks.
