A few questions before getting VIN

I ordered my Model Y Performance a few months ago and according to Tesla I'll get it between Dec 2022 and February 2023. I live in the Netherlands and I'm looking for a manufactured in Germany Tesla. So, I want to be well prepared before I get the VIN. I saw the production numbers of Shanghai yesterday and I assume they are going to export a few thousand cars to Europe. I don't have a real reason to not accept a MIC Tesla. It is rather an emotional thing, and on the other hand, according to Bjorn MIG Tesla has a better suspension.

If it is not manufactured in Germany I won't accept it and rather I'll wait for another a few weeks or months. As far as I know I can do that.

How can I identify that if the car was manufactured in Germany?
How can I check whether it has the new AMD chip? I tried a Model 3 with the old chip (don't know the type) and Netflix was just not usable.

The letter before the last 6 digits of the VIN number should give you the plant where the car was made. For instance F stand for Fremont. The first number of the VIN gives you the county of origin. Here is a good reference page: How to Read Your Vin | UAW
