Tesla Roadster and Model S both implement no coasting. The regenerative braking is always there, with the exclusion if the battery is too full or too cold to accept the generated charge.

Well, you could also put the car in neutral. Then it will coast freely.

In practice, you don't need to. Go pedal response is so low latency that finding the zero point is easy. And once you get used to <mostly> one-pedal driving (takes less than two weeks), you won't want to go back.
