AAA Roadside Service

anyone tried to have AAA replace their 12V battery with an AAA brand through roadside service? Would they have the right battery to use? I read somewhere Tesla uses deep cell battery or something like that?

Any 12V will work to get you home.

Ironically Tesla's own battery is not well suited to it's charging cycle according to people who know way more than I do about battery technology - so you might well want to look in to alternatives once you are home.

Tesla battery is AGM. These guys produce an LI alternative which the founder designed to handle the charging cycle better (claims 3X OEM) - element3batteries
