I have a new Model Y. When I got it 5 weeks ago and until today the climate control has had separate temperatures for each front passenger. Now it’s not one.
Did I do something wrong and how do I get it back to independent controls?

Is there someone in the passenger seat? It will only show the dual controls if there is.

If there is just one person in the driver's side, it will only blow from that side (to save energy I suspect). With 2 people there is a SYNC button in the climate controls that make them 1 temperature or separate temperatures.

Someone in the passenger seat doesn’t matter. Either use voice control and say “unsync climate control”, or click the temperature. A slide bar will pop up with a sync option.
