AC issues while supercharging

My AC generally works fine. However, when I supercharge, I cannot use the AC. The AC will show that it’s on, and I can hear the AC cycle itself on and off, but it blows out hot air. When I’m done charging I have to reset the AC it seems to get it working again. It’s frustrating as there isn’t always somewhere to go while waiting for a charge and sometimes I work in my car but it gets too hot inside. Tesla didn’t see any issues and my car has always done this

when you pull up the climate during supercharging does it show the AC icon blue (on)? try setting it to dog mode and see if that works
